Can I pay online on this website?

Not at the moment. You send us your request by WhatsApp or the form, we confirm availability and send you a fixed price. Payment is arranged directly with us — bank transfer in advance, or cash to the driver or guide on the day, whichever suits you.

How quickly do you reply?

On WhatsApp, usually within an hour during Türkiye working hours and often much faster. Form and email requests are answered within one business day.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

For most airport transfers, no — you can pay the driver on arrival. For multi-day programmes involving flights and hotels, a deposit is required because we pay those suppliers upfront.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

We track your flight live. If you land late, your driver simply arrives later. There is no extra charge for delays outside your control. If your airline cancels the flight entirely, we do not charge anything.

Where exactly will the driver meet me?

Inside the arrivals hall, after passport control and baggage claim, holding a board with your name. We send you the driver's name, photo and mobile number the day before.

How long will the driver wait?

60 minutes free waiting after landing for international arrivals, 30 minutes for domestic. If you are held up at passport control, message us — we will not leave you.

Are child seats available?

Yes, free of charge. Please tell us the child's age when you book so we bring the correct seat.

Is the price per person or per vehicle?

Per vehicle. The price you see covers the whole car, including tolls, parking and fuel. Two people or six people, the price is the same for that vehicle size.

Are your tours really private?

Yes. No other guests join you, there is no fixed departure time, and the guide adapts the itinerary to your interests and pace.

Do you take guests to carpet or leather shops?

No. We do not run commission shopping stops. If you would like to shop we will happily take you somewhere reputable, but only if you ask.

Are entrance fees included?

Guide, vehicle, driver and lunch are included where stated. Museum and monument entrance fees are usually excluded and listed separately, because prices change and many guests already hold a Museum Pass.

What should I wear for mosque visits?

Accepted Answer

Shoulders and knees covered for everyone. Women should cover their hair inside mosques; scarves are available free at the entrance. Shoes are removed at the door.

Are you a licensed agency?

Yes. We are a TÜRSAB-licensed travel agency. Our licence number is shown in the footer of every page and can be verified on the TÜRSAB website.

Which languages do your guides speak?

Accepted Answer

English as standard. Arabic, Russian and German guides can be arranged with advance notice — please tell us when you request a quote.

Do you work with travel agencies and hotels?
